Homarjo Triage

The support inbox, turned into an operating queue.

Triage is Homarjo's first module. It combines a maintained product core with the rules, data and integrations of each parts operation.

Triage & Queue

Reads every inbound email

The moment it arrives, every email is classified: RFQ, Purchase Order, Status Update, Warranty Claim, Other.

Prioritizes AOG and deadlines

Aircraft-on-ground urgency is flagged and response deadlines are computed from configurable lead-time rules. Agents can override an individual case when operations require it.

Extracts the substance

Part numbers, quantities, aircraft type / MSN / registration, referenced PO and RFQ numbers, customer deadlines, locations.

Understands attachments

Purchase orders are found inside PDF and Word attachments — including telling a real PO apart from an invoice that merely references one. Stored originals and formatted messages remain available from the case.

Searches the complete history

Find cases by category, sender, part or aircraft data, free text, AOG status, date range or assignee. Unread, overdue and recent work stay visible from the dashboard.

Replies & Pricing

Drafts, replies and sends

Prepare a reply in the customer's language, then send it in the original thread. Agents can also compose new messages, forward with selected original attachments, add Cc/Bcc recipients and send a test copy first.

Deterministic pricing from your Excel lists

Select a quantity tier and the price enters the quote with its source — file, sheet and cell — visible for verification. Prices, payment terms and commercial conditions come from company data and code, never from an AI guess.

Imports RFQ lines from spreadsheets

When an RFQ arrives as an Excel attachment, Homarjo extracts part numbers, quantities and descriptions into a preview. The agent reviews the rows before applying them to the quote.

Recognizes the customer

From your own CRM/ERP export, standing payment terms appear on the case and enter RFQ replies automatically. Multi-entity customer groups and account-specific terms are handled without exposing the full customer master to the AI.

Guards the final send

The server rebuilds quotes before sending, blocks blank-price mistakes and warns before a second outbound reply on the same thread. Conversation history, customer history and similar past replies are available for context.

Team Workbench

Shared team workbench

Assign cases, track status and sub-status, share notes, edit per-case checklists and work from autosaved shared drafts. Every change remains part of the case activity history.

Focus mode

Each agent gets a personal queue, most urgent first, keyboard-driven — work one case at a time, mark done, next.

Mentions, reminders and presence

Mention a teammate in a note, set personal or team reminders and see when somebody else is viewing or editing the same case. Activity links take agents straight back to the work.

Tasks across cases

A personal task view combines general to-dos with checklist work from assigned or mentioned cases. Agents can add, complete and remove work without losing its connection to the case.

Oversight & Administration

Personal and team performance

See cases touched, first-response time, closures and classification accuracy. The restricted team view adds caseload, adoption and cross-team activity for authorized managers.

RFQ demand and unanswered work

Analyze requested parts, quantities, AOG volume, customer count, trend and missing-price coverage across selectable time windows. Separate views surface unanswered and follow-up RFQs.

Sent history and audit trail

Review outbound messages chronologically and open the related case. Workbench mutations are recorded so the team can understand what changed and who acted.

Self-service operating settings

Manage Excel price lists, signatures, reply snippets, commercial conditions, response rules, workflow sub-statuses, auto-assignment, reusable attachments and email branding from the application.

Learning & Access

Learns from the team

When an agent corrects a category, the correction becomes a confirmed example. Future classifications can use confirmed examples without the system treating its own unverified output as truth.

Works alongside the existing mailbox

Homarjo connects to the support mailbox for inbound and outbound email, preserves threading and applies categories or labels where the connected mail system supports them. The dashboard adds structure without replacing email.

Desktop app

A Windows desktop app wrapping the same dashboard, plus the web app.

Bring us the workflow.

We'll show Triage on synthetic data and work through where it fits, what needs adapting and what should stay standard.
