Homarjo Triage

Everything it does today.

All shipped, all in production. Roadmap items are marked as coming — never sold as current.

01Triage

Reads every inbound email

The moment it arrives, every email is classified: RFQ, Purchase Order, Status Update, Warranty Claim, Other.

Flags AOG urgency

Aircraft-on-ground urgency is flagged and a response deadline is computed from your own configurable lead-time rules. AOG always jumps the queue.

Extracts the substance

Part numbers, quantities, aircraft type / MSN / registration, referenced PO and RFQ numbers, customer deadlines, locations.

Detects POs inside attachments

Purchase orders are found inside PDF and Word attachments — including telling a real PO apart from an invoice that merely references one.

02Replies & Pricing

Drafts the reply

In the customer's language, greeting the person by first name. RFQ replies arrive as a fill-in quote: a part-by-part bullet list with placeholders for prices.

One-click pricing from your own price lists

Your Excel price lists, no migration needed. Click a quantity tier and the price drops into the draft. Every price shows its provenance — file → sheet → cell — so agents can verify before sending.

Recognizes the customer

From your own CRM/ERP export: standing payment terms appear on the case and are inserted into RFQ replies automatically — by code, not by the AI, so terms are never invented. Handles multi-entity brands and per-aircraft-programme terms (ATR vs Airbus vs Boeing).

03Teamwork

Shared team workbench

Assign cases, track status (open / in progress / waiting / done), team notes, editable to-do checklists per case, autosaved shared drafts.

Focus mode

Each agent gets a personal queue, most urgent first, keyboard-driven — work one case at a time, mark done, next.

Personal KPIs

Cases touched, first-response time, closed today, accuracy — per agent, with day-over-day deltas.

04Learning & Adoption

Learns from the team

When an agent corrects a category, the correction becomes a confirmed training example. Accuracy improves with use — without retraining and without the system ever reinforcing its own mistakes.

Works alongside Outlook/Gmail, not instead of it

Categories appear as labels/folders in the inbox the team already uses. Adoption can be gradual — value starts on day one even if agents never open the dashboard.

Roadmap

Coming

Coming — not here yet.

Everything below is in development. We say so plainly so you know exactly what you get today.

  • Reply and send directly from the app (today: drafts are copied into the team's own mail client).
  • Automatic order-status answers from the firm's ERP data (“your order ships on …”).
  • Understanding of scanned documents (today: scanned PDFs are detected and flagged for human review).
  • Coordination between firms: when two companies in the same supply chain both use Homarjo, RFQ → quote → PO → status flows as structured data between them instead of being re-typed at each end.

Twenty minutes, your own use case.

We'll walk through the product on synthetic data, then talk about your inbox.
